Fadnavis Accuses Congress of Echoing Pakistani Rhetoric

In a fierce critique, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis accused the Congress party of using rhetoric that mirrors the language of Pakistani leaders, particularly concerning their stance on Operation Sindoor. He stated that Congress' approach underscores their animosity towards Mahadev, and highlighted that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has laid out the truth about the operation.

Earlier comments by Fadnavis underscored the reluctance of opposition parties to engage in discussions about Operation Sindoor, fearing exposure of the truth. He asserted that a debate would unravel the opposition's narrative and showcase the prowess of India's armed forces, which successfully compelled Pakistan to yield. Fadnavis likened the opposition's strategy to a 'shoot and scoot' tactic, accusing them of spreading falsehoods without accountability.

Fadnavis also targeted Congress leader P. Chidambaram for questioning the government's evidence on Pakistan's role in the Pahalgam terror attack, which initiated Operation Sindoor. He pointed out that similar skepticism was previously applied to air and surgical strikes. These tendencies, argued Fadnavis, provoke public suspicion towards Congress. His comments came at a press conference marking the return of Annasaheb Dange to the BJP after 23 years.
