IGP Kashmir began with an overall assessment, receiving presentations from district SSsP on crime prevention and law order maintenance efforts. Key discussions revolved around resolving general crime cases, NDPS, UAPA, and handling absconders, alongside reviews on actions taken under preventive laws. IGP Birdi lauded district chiefs for their initiatives and stressed improving investigation quality and conviction rates, particularly in narco and terror-related cases.
