USD 20 bln ECRL project still under discussion: Malaysian FinMin

Malaysia's decision on the $20-billion East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) is still under discussion and negotiations are now at the government-to-government level, finance minister Lim Guan Eng said on Wednesday.
