Jio Payments Bank Limited has updated its website domain from www.jiobank.in to www.jiopayments.bank.in, in compliance with RBI guidelines. The bank advises customers and stakeholders to use the new domain for official communications and online banking services.

Jio Payments Bank Limited (JPBL), a subsidiary of Jio Financial Services Ltd (JFSL), has announced a significant update to its online presence by changing its website domain. This move aligns with the Reserve Bank of India's (RBI) guidelines.

The bank's new web address will be www.jiopayments.bank.in, which replaces the former domain of www.jiobank.in, as confirmed in an official statement by JPBL.

The institution advises customers and stakeholders to transition to the new domain for all official communications and to access JPBL's online banking services.
