Indosolar Ltd. experienced a notable earnings boost, with its net profit surging four-fold to Rs 41.47 crore in the December quarter, as compared to the previous year's figures. This impressive financial performance is primarily attributed to increased revenues, reaching a total income of Rs 199.70 crore, up from Rs 103.90 crore during the same period last year.
The company's board has made significant leadership updates, appointing Jignesh Devchandbhai Rathod as the new Chief Executive Officer. Rathod will take on the additional role of a Non-Executive Director, effective January 16, 2026, pending shareholder approval. Concurrently, the board accepted the resignation of Amit Ashok Paithankar from his positions as Non-Executive Director and CEO, effective the same date.
In a strategic move, the board gave the green light to transfer the company's registered office from Delhi to Maharashtra, subject to necessary approvals. Indosolar Ltd., a subsidiary of Waaree Energies Ltd., operates a 1.3 GW module manufacturing facility at Noida, solidifying its position in the solar energy sector.
