The family of a victim in the Pune Porsche accident case has voiced strong disapproval of the Supreme Court's decision to grant bail to the three accused individuals involved. They are calling for the cancellation of the bail, arguing that the ruling sets a dangerous precedent by allowing accused individuals to evade justice.

Atmaram Avadhiya, grandfather of victim Aneesh Awadhia, claims that the accused's influential family is working with the police to alter evidence, including blood samples. They insist bail should not have been granted, highlighting that compensation has not been provided, and stress that such decisions send a problematic message to society.

The tragic incident occurred on May 19, 2024, when a luxury Porsche car driven by a juvenile collided with a motorcycle in Pune, resulting in the deaths of Ashwini Koshta and Aneesh Awadhia. Despite serious accusations of tampering with evidence, the accused, including the father's associates and a medical assistant, were granted bail to the dismay of the victims' families.
