As Shukla transitions to the role of Telangana governor, he reviewed his rewarding three-year tenure in Himachal, urging the state to embrace a better work culture. Appreciative of public support in the drug-free campaign, Shukla stated that although drug abuse has been curbed, substantial progress remains necessary. The governor also raised concerns over escalating tuberculosis cases.
