For a second day, donations flowed from Kashmir to war-afflicted Iran as locals disregarded sectarian lines to contribute generously. Shia leader Imran Ansari called on authorities to support this collective act of faith without unwarranted interference.
Donation events occurred in numerous city locales, including Zadibal and Shalimar, as Shia and Sunni communities joined hands. Contributions encompassed cash, precious metals, and even livestock as a show of solidarity.
The Iranian Embassy in New Delhi expressed profound gratitude, recognizing the relief efforts as a beacon of hope for its citizens. Meanwhile, authorities are urged to handle inquiries sensitively to avoid disrupting public sentiment.
