Bihar Assembly passes 10 per cent reservation bill for the economically weaker section

Bihar Legislative Assembly passes the bill providing 10 per cent reservation for the economically weaker section in general category.

Earlier Maharashtra, Assam and some other states also approved 10 per cent reservation for economically weaker sections in the general category in government jobs and institutions.
