Co-founded in 2000 by engineers Mr. Vinod Sharma and Mrs. Pratibha Sharma, the company today commands a formidable 1.3 GW manufacturing base and has successfully carried out over five lakh installations across India.

Beginning with solar streetlights and power plants, the firm expanded its product line in 2009 to cover the broader Indian market, including northern regions and newer territories like Odisha and West Bengal.
