Ukraine strikes Russian oil facilities in Perm for the third time

Ukraine's Security Service, the SBU, said ‌on Friday it struck a Lukoil-owned refinery ‌in Russia's city of Perm for the second day in a row ‌and in the third such strike ‌in the last nine days. The overnight strike caused a fire at a key facility for primary oil processing at the refinery, which the SBU said was one of the largest in Russia and located some 1,500 km (932 miles) from Ukraine.

It added that it also again struck an oil pumping station in the area, damaging one of the reservoirs.
