Hungary economy minister nominee backs energy diversification, non‑political oil imports

Hungary’s nominee for economy and energy affairs minister Istvan Kapitany said that energy diversification is in Hungary's interest and the issue of oil imports cannot be a political decision.
Kapitany added during a parliamentary hearing that gains in the forint currency as well as recovering investor and retail confidence will also benefit the economy.
