Russian attack leaves thousands without power in Ukraine's Odesa, company says

​Russia ​attacked ‌an energy ​facility of Ukraine's ‌DTEK power company in the southern city ‌of Odesa overnight, leaving ‌tens of thousands of families without ⁠power, the ​company ⁠said on Wednesday.

By ⁠the morning, it ​had managed to restore ⁠power to some homes, ⁠it ​said on the Telegram ⁠messaging app, adding ⁠that repair work ⁠continued.
