The International Gemological Institute Ltd (IGIL) on Wednesday posted a 27.62 per cent rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 179.59 crore for the fourth quarter of the 2025-26 fiscal on higher income.
The Mumbai-based company had reported a net profit of Rs 140.72 crore in the year-ago period, according to a regulatory filing.
Total income for the January-March quarter rose 23.5 per cent to Rs 386.79 crore from Rs 313.21 crore in the same period a year ago, while expenses increased to Rs 148.25 crore against Rs 121.74 crore.
For the full 2025-26 fiscal, the company reported a 66.44 per cent surge in net profit to Rs 711.19 crore from Rs 427.29 crore in the preceding financial year.
Total income increased to Rs 1,661.8 crore, compared to Rs 1,088.49 crore in the said period.
