Realty firm IndiQube Spaces Ltd has reported a standalone net loss of Rs 22.62 crore for the quarter ended March.

Its net loss stood at Rs 31.33 crore in the year-ago period.

The total income rose to Rs 425.71 crore during the fourth quarter of 2025-26 from Rs 411.09 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding fiscal, according to a regulatory filing on Wednesday.

During the 2025-26 fiscal year, the company posted a net loss of Rs 106.34 crore against a net loss of Rs 139.61 crore in the preceding year.

Its total income rose to Rs 1,527.51 crore in the last fiscal from Rs 1,102.93 crore in 2024-25.

IndiQube provides managed office spaces to enterprises. It has a presence in 17 cities and over 9.66 million sq ft under management.
