Mobavenue AI targets sustained annual revenue growth 30 pc

Mobavenue AI aims for sustained annual revenue growth of 30% and an EBITDA margin of 20% or above, driven by investments in AI infrastructure and overseas business expansion.

Adtech firm Mobavenue AI targets a sustained annual revenue growth of 30 per cent, modelled around growth in the economy, digital advertising, and overseas business, a top official of the company said.

Mobavenue AI Managing Director and CEO Ishank Joshi told PTI that the company is investing heavily in AI infrastructure and resources with the belief that it will create a flywheel effect for the company in the years to come.

''Our long-term operating philosophy continues to be anchored on what we call the rule of 50 which is targeting sustained annual revenue growth of over 30 per cent alongside an EBITDA margin profile of 20 per cent and above. We view it as the shape of a compounding business over a long horizon, which we describe internally as Mission 2030,'' he said.

The company recently posted 56.6 per cent growth in consolidated profit after tax to Rs 8.44 crore for March 2026 quarter from Rs 5.39 crore in the same period a year.

The revenue from operations during the reported quarter increased by about 42 per cent to Rs 62.6 crore from Rs 44.1 crore in the March 2025 quarter.

For the year ended March 31, 2026, the company posted a multifold jump in net profit to Rs 29.35 crore from Rs 9.6 crore a year ago.

The annual revenue from operations also jumped multifold to Rs 218.48 crore in FY'26 from Rs 86.7 crore in FY'25.

Joshi said that jump in company' financial performance was mainly driven by direct revenues from brands. ''Today, 73.9 per cent of our revenue comes from direct brands across categories such as BFSI, FinTech, commerce, quick commerce, retail, entertainment, and travel,'' he said.

Joshi said global expansion is another factor which is driving growth for the company. ''We have expanded to the UK, where we have already set up operations and are building active relationships with large agencies, holdcos, and resellers. We are also starting Latin operations,'' he said.

Joshi said that the company's strategy to target consumers across premium devices is also fuelling growth of the company.
