Following a tragic fire at a private hospital in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, authorities have taken decisive action by revoking the hospital's license. The incident resulted in the death of five individuals, with 18 patients remaining hospitalized. A comprehensive investigation is underway to determine the cause of the blaze.

Civil Surgeon has confirmed a thorough probe is in progress, examining the incident from all angles. Speaking to ANI, she assured that actions would be taken based on the findings of the investigation. The Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tushar Kumar, stated that compensation has been provided to the affected families, with additional support to come.

Emergency response teams quelled the flames to prevent further damage. Bihar CM Samrat Choudhary expressed his condolences and announced financial aid for the victims' families. Health Minister Nishant Kumar also vowed to ensure a comprehensive investigation and penalize those responsible for the tragic event.
