Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy has demanded comprehensive reports from the state Planning Department regarding the execution of commitments made at each assembly constituency. In a recent meeting, scrutinizing the effectiveness of the 'Praja Palana - Pragati Pranalika' initiative conducted state-wide between March 16 and June 12, he sought clarity on the promises made during his district tours and government events since taking office.

The CM emphasized that the program has bridged the gap between the government and the people, facilitating greater public engagement. Key officials, including Rajya Sabha MP Vem Narendar Reddy, Chief Secretary Ramakrishna Rao, and DGP CV Anand, attended the review. Departmental reports highlighting undertaken activities from district to village levels were presented. Reddy applauded departments involved in the 99-day action plan and reiterated his directive for monthly field visits by senior officials, underscoring that failure to comply would not be excused.

Reddy pointed out the need for better communication of the initiatives under 'Praja Palana-Pragathi Pranalika,' urging departments to ensure their activities are well-publicized. He instructed officials to actively engage with the public through media and digital platforms, record public feedback, and address the issues raised in villages promptly. Additionally, he called for documentation of all development efforts and assets created recently while highlighting specific areas of focus, such as infrastructure and technology enhancements.

The CM also ordered district-wise evaluations of the 'Praja Palana' scheme progress, appointing senior IAS officers as Special Officers for oversight, to collaborate with District Collectors in reviewing government-led developments and public feedback from the 99-day programs. He instructed detailed district-wise progress reports to be published, aiming for transparency regarding government actions and benefits available to the public.
