Vice-Chairman of NITI Aayog, Dr Rajiv Kumar has hailed the Economic Survey 2019 as the government’s resolve to maintain fiscal stability while pushing up the GDP growth rate. In a tweet, he said that the measures to accelerate investments, especially from the private sector to give a push to growth rate are a step in the right direction.
He said, “The Economic Survey 2019 reflects the government’s resolve to maintain fiscal stability while pushing up GDP growth rates by measures to accelerate private investment. It provides a comprehensive & clear picture of economic trends & challenges ahead. Congratulations to the CEA Krishnamurthy Subramanian and his team in Ministry of Finance”.
