Hong Kong protesters improvise to tackle tear gas; video goes viral

Hong Kong has been choked by protests from a few weeks now and there have been many instances of security forces firing tear gas as protesters. It seems protesters have become familiar with the tear gas and have also found a way to subdue its impact, evident by a video from the streets of Hong Kong that went viral recently.
In the video, protesters are seen traffic cone to limit the gas released by the bomb and then throwing water on it to extinguish it. Here is the video:
