Mumbai: 2 robbers held from UP, gold, cash recovered

Two history-sheeters werearrested on Monday from Uttar Pradesh and 47 tola gold and Rs3 lakh cash were recovered from them, Vile Parle police said

Vikas alias Raja Anil Singh (27) and Angad JhinkuKashyap (27) were held from Mau in UP, an official said,adding they they robbed houses in complexes where they joinedas security guards

"He robbed 60 tolas (each tola is 10 grams) of goldand cash from a house on February 15, a day after he joined aswatchmen in the residential society. We have recovered 47tolas gold and Rs 3 lakh cash," he said.
