In a bilateral exercise that concluded last month, the navies of India and Bangladesh launched the first joint coordinated patrol (CORPAT) along with their maritime boundaries against terrorism, piracy, human trafficking, smuggling and illegal fishing.
The two sides also stepped their defense cooperation.
