MEDICAL DEVELOPMENTS * Johnson & Johnson said it is in discussions with the U.S. FDA, which added a warning to the company's vaccine factsheet after rare cases of a neurological disorder, Guillain-Barré syndrome, was reported six weeks after inoculation.
