Russia Strikes Ukrainian Airfield Again with Iskander Missile

On Wednesday, the Russian defence ministry announced that it had struck an airfield in Poltava, Ukraine, using an Iskander missile. This marks the second reported strike on an airfield in the region this week, escalating tensions further in the conflict.

Russian defence ministry said on Wednesday, it had hit an airfield in Ukraine's east-central city of Poltava with an Iskander missile.

It was the second time this week that Russia had reported striking an airfield in that region.
