Empowering Women: Launch of 'Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan'

Bihar CM Nitish Kumar attended the launch of 'Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan' by PM Modi in MP. The initiative, coinciding with the 8th Poshan Maah, aims to enhance healthcare and nutrition for women, adolescents, and children, led by the Health and Women & Child Development Ministries.

In a significant move towards improving healthcare and nutrition, Bihar's Chief Minister, Nitish Kumar, participated in the virtual launch of the 'Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan' by Prime Minister Narendra Modi from Madhya Pradesh's Dhar district.

The campaign, inaugurated alongside the 8th Poshan Maah, aims to bolster healthcare and nutrition services for women, adolescent girls, and children across India. This initiative underscores the cooperative efforts of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare and the Ministry of Women & Child Development.

Key dignitaries present at the launch included Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary, Water Resources and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Vijay Kumar Choudhary, and Chief Secretary Pratyaya. A senior state official emphasized the government's commitment to enhancing the health and nutrition landscape for women and children.
