FDI to Mexico reaches record in first three quarters, economy minister says

Total foreign direct investment to Mexico in the first nine months of the year was up 15% from the same period in 2024, Economy Minister Marcelo Ebrard said on Wednesday.

In a presentation at the president's morning press conference, Ebrard said FDI at the close of the third quarter was $41 billion, which he said was a record amount.
