At a press conference in Tokyo on November 12, 2025, OMRON Healthcare Co., Ltd. unveiled its pioneering initiatives to accelerate its electrocardiogram (ECG) business strategy globally. The move positions the ECG sector as a crucial element in the company's cardiovascular vision, 'Going for ZERO', aiming to eliminate heart-related incidents.

In a proactive step, OMRON announced plans to invest in India's leading AI health-tech firm, Tricog Health India Private Limited. Additionally, they are set to acquire the Heartnote® ECG service from JSR Corporation, confronting the growing challenges of heart disease worldwide with innovative AI and remote monitoring technologies.

By integrating cutting-edge AI diagnostics and extending services into medical institutions, OMRON targets early detection and treatment of cardiac issues. This expansion embraces advanced technology to bridge the gap between home-based monitoring and hospital diagnosis, particularly addressing Japan's aging demographic and India's specialist shortages.
