In a remarkable medical feat, a 58-year-old Kenyan woman with advanced heart failure was treated at Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, New Delhi. The complex transcatheter valve-in-valve procedure has been hailed as a significant breakthrough in India's cardiac care capabilities.

The patient, who had previously undergone surgical tricuspid valve replacement, faced a daunting health challenge with torrential tricuspid regurgitation and severe right ventricular dysfunction.
