Union Minister Piyush Goyal has revealed a plan to install six state-of-the-art machines at Shatabdi Hospital in Kandivali West, Mumbai, to boost treatment facilities for diabetic eye diseases.
During his visit, Goyal inspected the existing medical infrastructure and highlighted gaps that posed challenges to patient care. He assured that efforts would be made to resolve these issues promptly to improve healthcare services.
Emphasizing the need for timely intervention, Goyal pledged that eligible patients would receive free treatment under central and state government health schemes, including Ayushman Bharat, ensuring no one is denied access to necessary care.
