UAE Approves AED 2 Billion in Housing for Citizens

The UAE Cabinet, under the leadership of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, has sanctioned 2,618 housing approvals valued at over AED 2 billion for the first half of 2024. Prioritizing the housing sector remains a strategic focus for the federal government, in collaboration with local authorities. The initiative includes 631 grants totaling AED 430.922 million and 1,987 housing loans and financing amounting to AED 1.597 billion. The goal is to bolster social stability through adequate housing provisions.
