The Dubai Government Human Resources Department (DGHR) recently hosted its second Human Resources Forum, titled 'Workforce Upskilling & Reskilling'. Hosted on Microsoft Teams, the event drew the participation of DGHR Director-General Abdulla Ali Bin Zayed Al Falasi, alongside department directors, section heads, and human resources specialists.
The forum aimed to equip government officials with the necessary skills to keep pace with rapid technological advancements, especially in the realm of artificial intelligence (AI). It also delved into ongoing trends impacting the workforce's future. Al Falasi emphasized DGHR's commitment to enhancing skills in line with Dubai's vision to leverage AI for global competitiveness.
Presentations by thought leaders like Saeed Aldhaheri and Mariam Al Suwaidi highlighted global trends and the importance of continuous learning and skill development.
