German economy slightly grew in Q4 - stats office

The German economy probably grew slightly on the quarter in the final three months of 2018 after contracting in the third quarter, the Federal Statistics Office said on Tuesday.

The figure represents a rough estimate by the statistics office which will publish more detailed growth data for the fourth quarter in February.
