In a recent escalation, Russian air defense units effectively neutralized a drone offensive launched by the Armed Forces of Ukraine over several territories within the Rostov region. This update comes directly from the acting governor of the Rostov region, Yuri Slyusar, on September 17.
According to Slyusar, the air defense teams managed to intercept and destroy unmanned aerial vehicles during a nighttime operation across Chertkovsky, Kuibyshevsky, and Dubovsky districts. These defensive maneuvers were crucial in thwarting the potential threat posed by the drones.
