Prime Minister Narendra Modi held comprehensive talks with the Crown Prince of Kuwait, Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah, on Wednesday focusing on the evolving geopolitical dynamics in West Asia. The exchange aimed at addressing regional stability and recent developments, according to Ministry of External Affairs Spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal at a briefing.

Emphasizing India's foreign policy priorities, PM Modi condemned any threats to Kuwait's sovereignty and underlined the strategic importance of ensuring unhindered navigation through the Strait of Hormuz. Both leaders concurred that continuous diplomatic efforts are vital to maintaining peace in the region.

The Prime Minister expressed his gratitude towards the Crown Prince for safeguarding the Indian community in Kuwait and extended warm Eid greetings. Concurrently, C. Senthil Rajan from the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting warned citizens against LNG-related scams on social media, urging vigilance and prompt reporting of any suspicious communications.
