Iceland rejects EU membership plan in referendum, RUV reports

‌Iceland has ​rejected the government's ‌proposal to hold accession talks ‌with the ‌European Union, public broadcaster RUV ⁠reported ​on ⁠Sunday with only ⁠a small number ​of votes left ⁠to count.
