Ukraine air attack damages civilian facilities in Russia's Samara region, governor says

​A ​Ukrainian ‌air attack ​has ‌damaged civilian facilities in Russia's Samara region, ‌its Governor Vyacheslav ‌Fedorishchev said on Telegram, ⁠adding ​that preliminary, ⁠there were no ⁠fatalities.

The Samara region, ​on the Volga ⁠river, is ⁠home ​to a number of Russia's ⁠major oil refineries.
