Russian attack on foreign-flagged vessel in Black Sea kills one, Ukraine says

​Russia ​attacked ‌a cargo ​vessel sailing under ‌the Antigua and Barbuda flag in ‌the Black Sea overnight, ‌killing the captain, Ukraine's seaports ⁠authority said ​on ⁠Wednesday.

The attack had ⁠caused a fire ​which was doused ⁠and the crew had ⁠been ​evacuated, it said on ⁠the Telegram messaging ⁠app.
