British Prime Minister Theresa May is set to travel to Strasbourg in a bid to break the stalemate in the Brexit talks, Sky News reported on Monday, citing officials in her office. May will on Tuesday put her Brexit divorce deal again before lawmakers after they overwhelmingly rejected it in January.
"Presumably PM is getting something to try to salvage the (Meaningful Vote) vote tomorrow. As govt figure points out, a defeat as big as last time could "be critical" for May," Beth Rigby, Sky's deputy political editor, said on Twitter.
