Rory Stewart was named Britain's cabinet secretary for international development on Wednesday in a reshuffle sparked by the firing of Defence Secretary Gavin Williamson over the leak of information about Chinese telecoms company Huawei.
Stewart replaces Penny Mordaunt, who named defence secretary in place of Williamson.
