Fourth hostage released in Le Havre police operation - police union

Police negotiators secured the release of a fourth hostage being held by an armed man in a bank in Le Havre, northern France, on Thursday, a police union official said.
The hostage, the fourth to be released, was freed at the pre-agreed time of 20:55 (1855 GMT). Two more people are still being held by the assailant.
