Gujarat CM calls on VP Naidu

Newly-appointed Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel on Monday called on Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu here.

The Vice President Secretariat tweeted a picture of the meeting, which took place at Upa-Rashtrapati Nivas.

''It was a pleasure meeting with the Hon'ble Vice President of India Shri M VenkaiahNaidu ji in New Delhi,'' Patel later tweeted.

This is Patel's first visit to the national capital after being sworn in as the new chief minister of Gujarat last week.
