Algerian president appoints new finance minister

Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune appointed Abderrahmane Raouya as finance minister on Thursday, the presidency said on Twitter.

Raouya takes over from Ayman Benabderrahmane, who was appointed prime minister in June.
