South Korea Security Council urges North Korea and Russia not to trade arms - Yonhap

South Korea's National Security Council (NSC) has urged North Korea and Russia to fulfil their duty not to trade weapons, news agency Yonhap reported on Thursday.
The NSC said it was taking the two countries' military cooperation very seriously, another news agency, Newsis, reported.
