S.Korea imposes sanctions on 10 individuals, two entities over links to N. Korea's nuclear program

South Korea imposed fresh sanctions on 10 individuals and two entities in relation to North Korea's nuclear programme and weapons trade with three countries including Russia, the foreign ministry said on Thursday.
North Korea's defence minister is among the individuals facing the sanctions, news agency Yonhap reported.
