Honduran foreign minister calls for inauguration of Guatemala's Arevalo to be respected

Honduran Foreign Minister Enrique Reina on Sunday called for the inauguration of Guatemala President-elect Bernardo Arevalo to be respected after the ceremony was delayed for hours without explanation.

Reina said his statement, shared on the social media platform X, was on behalf of the delegations present for the inauguration including the Organization of American States (OAS) and the European Union.
