The EU deal on aid for Ukraine includes a yearly discussion of the package and the option to review it in two years 'if needed', two EU diplomats told Reuters on Thursday.
European Union leaders unanimously agreed to an additional 50 billion euros in aid for Ukraine during a summit on Thursday, overcoming weeks of Hungary's resistance.
