ECOWAS official: decision by Burkina, Niger and Mali to leave bloc was hasty

The president of the ECOWAS Commission, Omar Touray, said on Thursday that the decision of junta-led countries Niger, Mali and Burkina Faso to leave West African regional bloc was hasty and did not take into account the withdrawal conditions.
