Police Capture Nine Naxalites in Chhattisgarh Raid

Nine Naxalites, including two women, were arrested and three minor boys were detained in Bijapur district, Chhattisgarh. The arrests took place in different locations, with significant figures like Boti Madvi captured. Maoist pamphlets and banners were also recovered from the detainees.

In a significant crackdown, nine Naxalites were apprehended, and three minor boys detained in various parts of Bijapur district, Chhattisgarh, on Monday, a senior police officer disclosed.

According to Superintendent of Police Jitendra Kumar Yadav, four Naxalites were nabbed in Benchram village, and two more were apprehended in Bade Tungali near Jangla.

Among the detainees were reputed figures like Boti Madvi, who had been active in the Maoist 'janatana sarkar' group. Additionally, Maoist pamphlets and banners were seized during the operation.
