19-Year-Old Injured in Shootout with Police in East Delhi

Ayaan, a 19-year-old man with a history of violent crimes, was injured in a shootout with police in East Delhi's Ghazipur area. He received bullet injuries in both legs and was hospitalized. Ayaan will be taken into custody once he is discharged.

Ayaan, a 19-year-old with multiple criminal charges, was shot by police in a dramatic shootout in East Delhi's Ghazipur area. Following a tip-off, the Special Cell led by Inspector Shiv Kumar had set a trap at DDA Park.

When faced with the police, Ayaan, traveling by scooter, opened fire, prompting officers to retaliate. He sustained bullet injuries in both legs and was immediately hospitalized at LBS Hospital.

Police disclosed that Ayaan had previously attempted to murder two individuals in separate incidents in April and May this year. He is expected to be taken into custody upon his discharge.
