Extra Vote Sparks Dispute in New Delhi Constituency

The discrepancy was discovered at booth no 41, AC-43, during the mandatory 5 percent matching exercise between VVPAT and the controlling unit data. This prompted Bharti to file a written application through R S Meena, ARO, urging immediate adjudication of his claim before declaring the result.
